Our private lessons offer individualized training in kung fu and tai chi in a focused, self-paced setting with direct guidance from an experienced instructor. One-on-one instruction allows lessons to be tailored to each student’s goals, experience level, and learning style, ensuring clear progress and personal attention beyond what may be possible in a group class.

Private kung fu lessons focus on traditional exercises, forms, techniques, and applications, with the option to supplement training by attending group classes or open practice. Private tai chi lessons emphasize proper structure, breathing, movement, and flow to help students gain the full physical and mental benefits of the art. Whether you are new to martial arts or looking to deepen your practice, private lessons provide a flexible and effective way to learn with expert instruction.
