Youth Kung Fu

Our youth kung fu program introduces students ages 5–16 to traditional kung fu in a fun, structured, and supportive group environment. Classes focus on kung fu exercises, hand forms, and weapon forms that help students be active while building physical strength, coordination, balance, flexibility, and improved motor skills.

In addition to physical development, the program places a strong emphasis on mental growth that comes from traditional martial arts. Through consistent practice, students develop focus, patience, determination, and self-discipline, skills which can carry over into school and everyday life. Training alongside peers encourages confidence, respect, and teamwork, helping young students grow both on and off the training floor.
